Dr. Ali Pitafi, MD

Dr. G. Bone, FNP

Dr. Bone is a board-certified family nurse practitioner (FNP) and is also a Doctor of Nursing practice (DNP). Dr. Bone started his career in health care as a hospital corpsman, serving with both the US Navy and the US Marine Corps. After active duty, Dr. Bone became a registered nurse and later, an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN). Dr. Bone is also board certified in gerontology and case management and maintains credentials in advanced cardiopulmonary life support (ACLS) and pediatric advanced life support (PALS). Dr. Bone is a proud member of SALUTE- Alpha Level (Veterans Academic Honor Society), Phi Kappa Phi Honors Society and Sigma Theta Tau International Honors Society.

Dr. Ket Harris, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC

Dr. Ket Harris is a native of Shreveport, Louisiana. She received her Bachelor of Nursing Science degree from Grambling State University in 2004. She began her career working in the Med-Surg unit at Overton Brooks VA Medical Center in 2005-2006. In her quest for knowledge, she became staff at Louisiana State University’s level 1 trauma Medical Center from 2006-2008. She then joined Willis Knighton’s Cardiac Intensive Care Unit team from 2008- 2012. Dr. Davis decided to further her education. She attended Grambling State University from 2010-2012 where she completed her Master of Nursing Science with a concentration in Family Practice. She has been a board-certified family nurse practitioner since 2012. Dr. Davis relocated to Fort Worth, Texas in 2012 where she became staff at the John Peter Smith Hospital from 2012-2013. She later began working at Metrocare University in 2013. Dr. Davis finished her doctoral training at the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA) in 2017. In 2021, she later went on to complete her post-doctorate degree in psychiatry. She attended Liberty University’s PMHNP post-doctoral program. Dr. Davis has phenomenal clinical experience in Psychiatry, Wound Care, Conservative Sharp Wound debridement, Internal Medicine and Aesthetics. She considers it an honor to help mentor and guide nurse practitioner students, going into family practice medicine. Dr. Davis’ life involves a strong Christian faith that helps to guide her daily life. Outside interests include supporting the local community and school activities.

With our office hours, you can schedule an appointment after work or after school. Concierge visits are available to out corporate clients. If the office becomes busy, you will be asked to leave a phone number where you can be reached.

Prescription Refills

Please call our office for refills three days before you take your last pill. Please allow a 24-hour turnaround time.

Medical Records

Patients may request copies of their medical records. A Medical Records Release Form must be signed by the patient prior to any record release. There is no charge if records are sent directly to another healthcare provider. There is a standard charge of 25$ for records released to the individual.


We will make every effort to maintain confidentiality of your medical records in accordance with both state and federal laws. A notice of our privacy statement will be made available to you upon request.


In consideration of our patients and staff, we ask that you refrain from smoking while in our office. We also ask that you do not bring food or drink inside.
